Mr Bhakta Charan Rout founded Lab Chemicals International, known as LCPL was established in the year 1975 as a Partnership Firm. He played a significant role in the restructuring the Laboratory and Chemicals Industry in eastern India. His vision led to the genesis of a more consolidated and globalized model of Operation. It was under his able leadership in the year 1984 that the company was registered as a Private Limited Company.
